Yes Yahuah Elohim created the serpent. In this verse the serpent was called crooked. The definition of the verb this word is founded on is to say fleeing. Yahuah Elohim created the fleeing serpent. Fleeing and cunning are two different things.

It's interesting to know that the United Kingdom is known to be stiff-necked. Also the flag called the Union Jack is in reference to the Union of Jacob.
