Therefore, let us fear, lest, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have fallen short of it.
In other words, we should make sure we are not ignorant or ignore the rest there is in believing in Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus Christ.
For indeed we have had good news proclaimed to us, just as they also; but the Word that was heard did not profit those who were not united with faith among those who heard. For we who have believed enter that rest, just as He has said, “As I swore in My wrath,
They shall not enter My rest,”
although His works were finished from the foundation of the world. Just hearing about Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus does not automatically give you spiritual rest. We must unite under Yahusha's leadership and taste the rest that is mentioned in these verses. In other words there will be look alike religious worship that have no rest. Being at rest is to know peace.
For He has spoken somewhere in this way concerning the seventh day: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; and again in this passage, “They shall not enter My rest." Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news proclaimed to them failed to enter because of disobedience,
Here we see that it is disobedience that keeps people from entering Yahusha's rest. It should be the seventh day to act out this rest but it was disobedience within religion that changed it to the first day. It was the Babylonians that originally named the seventh day after Saturn. Later the Romans adopted this practice. It was the Anglo-Saxons that continued the rebellion. Saturn is the God of agriculture ever since Babylon.
I quote, "Saturn was described as a god of time, generation, dissolution, abundance, wealth, agriculture, periodic renewal and liberation. Saturn's mythological reign was depicted as a golden age of abundance and peace."
Babylon was destroyed suddenly, Rome was destroyed by the Germans on the west and Attila the Hun on the east. Today the Anglo-Saxons are becoming weak by rebelling against Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus Christ. There will be no rest for them. This rest is more than just not working the seventh day. This rest is of a spiritual nature, completed for entering in when Yahusha said it is finished.
He again determines a certain day, “Today,” saying through David after so long a time just as has been said before, “Today if you hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts.”
Besides rebellion, it is a heart of stone that prevents you from enjoying spiritual rest. It's refusing to know the Holy Spirit that cannot be forgiven.
For if Joshua had given them rest, He would not have spoken of another day after that. So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His.
Elohiym rested the seventh day and there is a continuation of resting the seventh day. If you don't understand resting on the seventh day of the week, you will find it harder to understand spiritual rest.
Therefore let us be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall into the same example of disobedience. For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are uncovered and laid bare to the eyes of Him to whom we have an account to give.
I will comment on the joints and marrow first. We cannot live without bone marrow. It is the bone that separates the marrow from the joints and the ligaments. This verse is a metaphor for a real spiritual situation. It's Yahuah Elohiym's Word that can divide hard things hidden below the surface that have a working relationship with the other.
As for judging the thoughts and intentions of the heart, these are hidden also. There are some hard things that people think about while having a false smile and pleasant behavior on the outside. It is Yahusha Hamashia, the Word of Yahuah Elohiym made flesh that can free us from difficulties that can kill us from the inside out.
Now for speaking about division of soul and spirit.
Do you not know that you are a sanctuary of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16
In other words the Heart is the sanctuary, also called a temple. This is where your soul and spirit abide. But it is your flesh that makes it difficult for your sanctuary. For those who unite with Yahusha Hamashia, the Holy Spirit is in your inner spiritual sanctuary also along with Yahuah Elohiym's Word and your Born Again Spirit.
When Elohiym created Adam, Elohiym breathed into him. This gave Adam a soul and spirit. But when Eve was deceived and Adam fell, this sanctuary was polluted. From that point in time, people's spiritual nature was no longer Holy. Everyone was born with a corrupted heart.
It is the Word of Yahuah Elohiym that can divide the soul and corrupted spirit. It is the shed blood and resurrection of Yahusha Hamashia that can give you a new inner sanctuary and a new Born Again Spirit.
The question is, what happened to the old spirit that was cut away when you were born again? The best way to answer that is with scripture.
Romans 6:5-8
For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died has been justified from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
This is outside of our Space Time Continuum. This is saying that anyone believing in Yahusha Hamashia, saved by Grace, washed in His blood, our old spirit also died in the year 30CE with Him. Being Born Again now, the old Dead Spirit died with Yahusha about 2,000 years ago. Lately Yahuah Elohiym is giving me insights to how everything is connected spiritually. A major part of Spiritual rest is our Spiritual Heart. Time to study the Heart.
The first question I like to ask people is how big is your spiritual heart. I for one got it wrong. It's not the size of your physical heart. If it was or if you believe that, some nasty person will crush it and laugh. Your spiritual heart is more like the submerged part of an iceberg with your physical flesh above water. In other words, your spiritual heart is bigger on the inside than the outside.
A question is, what was the condition of your spiritual heart before becoming born again?
In Jeremiah 17:9: The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? In Genesis 6:5: Every intent of the thoughts of man's heart was only evil continually. In Mark 7:21–23: Evil things like theft, murder, deceit, and pride come from inside, out of the heart, making a person unclean. In Ephesians 2:1–3: People are dead in the trespasses and sins in which they once walked, following the desires of the flesh and mind. In Romans 3:10–12: None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands, no one seeks for God.
The next question is, what are the differences between a wicked heart to a clean sanctuary where Elohiym's Word, the Holy Spirit and your Born Again Spirit is?
In Ezekiel 36:26: God promises to remove the stubborn "heart of stone" and give a responsive "heart of flesh. Romans 10:10: Salvation comes when a person believes with the heart resulting in righteousness. A lost soul cannot see inside a clean spiritual sanctuary. You must enter in to be able to see.
Next would be communication.
The Bible speaks about prayer. But what is prayer? Is it a telepathic "echo" from the fourth dimension or higher? Google would say a telepathic "echo" from a higher dimension would describe it as a conceptual phenomenon where thoughts, emotions, or voices are perceived not as local brain-to-brain signals, but as reverberations bleeding into our three-dimensional reality from a 4D or higher-dimensional space.
Those who control science always are in opposition to Yahuah Elohiym speaking to those who believe in Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus Christ. Science is real, it's the pre-interpretation of science that blinds them in being able to see the evidence.
It is said that controlling your speech helps you master your mind. However you must ask yourself who is teaching the discipline of controlling your speech.
They say also that when you choose your words with care, you slow down your thoughts. Here again sometimes grand insights come rushing in when words are not controlled. If you have adopted a to filter and regulate thoughts, you become deaf to insight.
Society wants you to be in a loop where they see you as calm and focused. But yet society will ignore the beast in the neighborhood who masquerades as something they are not. When Yahusha speaks to you through the Holy Spirit, you know the telepathic entanglement He answered you by. His message will always be Truthful and Holy.
Scientists say telepathic entanglement is not real and that it is pseudoscience because it cannot transmit real-world signals or data. That's the problem. Prayer is not real-world, it's spiritual world. By saying real-world you are saying a limited insight. If your spiritual heart is given over to Yahusha Hamashia, it's not the world of flesh. It's Yahusha Hamashia's Kingdom. Even then if you would study prayer in the real-world, it would not give the real-world insight because it would appear as foolishness.
Really, what all I needed to say was that if a person says that they speak with Jesus Christ, they will be happier and have less anxiety. Their real-world could be crashing and they will still have inner peace, an inner sanctuary.
A little bit of review;
When a person is born again, you loose your wicked heart of stone and your old spirit that came with you at birth. You are then given a heart of flesh. This is to say the heart is no longer dead, it's a living thing. With a new spiritual heart, you are born again from above. You are born spiritually. Your soul remains in your body that was born of flesh. Your new Spiritual Heart is a portal to where your New Spirit dwells with the Holy Spirit of Yahuah Elohiym. Yahuah Elohiym's Word is also in this dwelling place with Yahuah of Hosts, the Word was made flesh. When we die, in time our soul will be placed back into our resurrected body that the Word of Yahuah Elohiym will be made living once again. This resurrected body will function like the resurrected body of Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus Christ. This raises some questions.
What will be the relationship between our soul that is in our resurrected body and our own personal Clean Spirit that is a living part of us? This is never addressed by the Church today.
Another question is, how does our soul and corrupted flesh associate with our New Born Again Spirit that was born from above? I believe it depends on how we maintain the new spiritual Heart given to us. If we starve it or let it dehydrated, it will suffer and the sanctuary is cut off and our soul will suffer. Eternal life is then out of reach for our soul. A soul without a body goes to Hell. A soul connected with a living spiritual heart has a resting place with your Born Again Spirit. When the day comes, when your body expires, your soul has a place with your Born Again Spirit in Heaven. Yahusha Hamashia is in Heaven making Atonement and preparing a place for us in Heaven and in His service. This is a mystery for us today. We don't even know how to have a relationship with our Born Again Spirit. We must continue to pray as Yahusha told us to pray.
Maintaining a New Clean Heart;
There's two points in maintaining a spiritual heart. First of all, you cannot clean your new clean heart. It's only Yahusha Hamashia that can do that. Secondly we are a soul in a temple of corrupted flesh. We have the task of not tracking in uncleanliness into our heart spiritually.
What does the Born Again Spirit Look Like?
This study is revealed to me a little at a time over a period of time. The first revealing was if the new spirit would appear as flesh. Sharing one identity, the spirit appeared something like me. In other words Eve may have had the same features as Adam but only feminine, not masculine. The Holy Spirit is the same as Elohiym the Father. The Holy Spirit has six feminine names and one Deity noun while our Heavenly Father is masculine.
Light does not leave a shadow if light is placed upon light. The most current revealing was that my Born Again Spirit appeared as bright light. The setting was waking up with my eyes closed. This leads us to the next question.
Does our Born Again Spirit protect us?
Is being sensitive to the spiritual more than just noticing outward behaviors, kindness, hatred or body language? Thosewho are in charge of science will say no. However there are those who say yes. Born Again Believers will have a sense of peace or conviction around certain other believers. They will notice an unsettling feeling around evil or demonic portals in buildings. Some of these evil spirits are fearful while others will use living people use oppression to drain the life from you.
Can flesh put on spiritual armor? Only Spirit can put on spiritual armor. The question is, how does our flesh relate to our spirit effectively so we can confront a spiritual battle?
Human nature operated apart from Yahuah Elohiym. Flesh likes to be self-reliant, has earthly desires, and is comfortable with the old sin nature inherited from the fall. After becoming born again, the flesh lost its corrupted sanctuary of stone. It was replaced with a clean sanctuary. This caused conflict and confusion. The new spirit longs for compassion and the flesh gives her old habits. The flesh wants spiritual emptiness and the Spirit wants Yahusha Hamashia. But it is the Fruit of the Spirit that makes the Flesh less afraid.
Walking by the Spirit
Galatians 5:16-26
But I say, walk by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you do not do the things that you want.
To quickly explain your personal Trinity, your soul is in your spiritual heart. Your soul made the choice of letting go of the old heart and spirit for a new heart and spirit. The flesh is uncomfortable and at war with the spirit and soul.
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The flesh doesn't care about what the spirit thinks because the flesh is spiritual blind and will die without hope. We must seek Yahusha Hamashia in faith for us to have hope.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.
It is the born again Spirit that introduces the fruit of the spirit. It's the flesh that doesn't know how to proceed. Take patience for an example, the flesh desires to attack than to be patient. The flesh doesn't know how to be loved. Patience will outlive anger.
Now those who belong to Christ Jesus crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk in step with the Spirit. Let us not become those with vain glory, challenging one another, envying one another.
This is to say that our Born Again Spirit will take the lead if our soul so chooses. It's the chemistry of our brain that needs to yield and submit to the Born Again Spirit. If we choose to live in contact with our Born Again Spirit, we must walk in step with the Holy Spirit and let Yahusha Hamashia called Jesus Christ take the lead.
